CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us, and that time is set aside especially for you. We understand that schedule changes are sometimes necessary; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Policy Details Late Cancellations & Rescheduling: Any cancellation or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice will be considered a no-show and will also incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client's time, and the cancellation policy may apply. How to Cancel or Reschedule If you need to adjust your booking, please modify your appointment through our online scheduling system, or contact us directly via phone or text.
